I founded this practice with a clear vision: a place where clinicians feel supported in their work, and where clients benefit from that support through a more engaged therapeutic experience. Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care. By that, we don't mean only the major, life-altering events. We also honor the quieter experiences that shaped who you are today. The patterns. The moments of self-doubt. The relationships that left a mark. These all matter, and they all deserve attention.
Our therapists draw on a range of evidence-based modalities to help you understand the root of what you're facing, whether that's anxiety, depression, shame, relationship struggles, or the lingering effects of past experiences.
We work with individuals, couples, and teens across Colorado through secure online therapy.
Being human can feel messy and overwhelming. Our work is to walk alongside you through that with warmth, understanding, and care.

I'm happy to be a point of contact for the day-to-day client and clinician care operations here at Rocky Mountain Thrive. A lot of what I do is connecting people to the right fit, whether that's helping a new client through intake and matching them with a therapist who truly suits their needs, or supporting our clinicians so the whole team has a workplace that feels good to be part of. I love talking to people, making sure they feel heard, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mom to my amazing kid. I love that I can walk out my door and be in the middle of nowhere in as little as ten minutes. My favorite way to end the day, though, is a great horror movie with my husband, my dog, and my two cats.

I'm Chorus Weems, the Finance Manager at Rocky Mountain Thrive. I manage the behind-the-scenes side of your care, verifying your benefits before you start, handling claims, and working through any billing or insurance issues that come up along the way.
Insurance can be confusing and frustrating, and my job is to take that weight off your shoulders so you can focus on the work you came here to do. I'm passionate about helping people cut through the red tape and actually get the care they deserve.
When I'm not untangling insurance, you'll find me in the gym weightlifting or rolling dice with friends over a game of Dungeons & Dragons on the weekend.
