About Rocky Mountain Thrive
Rocky Mountain Thrive is a telehealth-only group practice serving clients throughout Colorado. Our team of licensed therapists, candidates, and interns provides individual, couples, and group therapy that is all delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.
We are seeking candidate-level therapists to join our growing team. As a candidate therapist, you'll build your clinical skills under experienced supervision while maintaining a flexible schedule and working toward full licensure.
Position Overview
This is a full-time W-2 position with benefits. Schedule is flexible with a minimum clinical hours requirement.
- Maintain a caseload of individual, couples, and/or teen clients via telehealth
- Complete clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments
- Attend regular individual and group supervision sessions
- Participate in mandatory quarterly team meetings
- Collaborate with supervisors on case conceptualization, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Follow ethical, evidence-based practice standards
- Work toward accumulating supervised hours for full licensure
- Maintain required availability and caseload hours.
$40/hr
Clinical Session Rate
Per client facing clincial hours
$20/hr
Administrative rate
Estimated at 8 administrative hours per twice-monthly payroll.
Full-time W-2 position with benefits. Paid on the 15th & last day of the month.
What We Offer
Supervision Included
Two supervision sessions a month plus options for group supervision hours.
Flexible Schedule
25 hours of availability required Monday-Sunday with 20 Billable hours/week. 8 of those hours must be after 3pm Monday-Friday and/or on weekends
Marketing Done For You
We handle all marketing and client referrals. Expect a full caseload within 8-12 weeks of starting.
Medical/Dental/Vision
Begins the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. 75% of premiums covered by Rocky Mountain Thrive.
100% Remote
All sessions conducted via our secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. No commute, no office. You must reside in Colorado.
401k
100% match up to 3% then 50% from 4-6%. Begins the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment.
Paid Sick Leave / PTO
Accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
Technology Stipend $600/year
$25 paid out on your bi-monthly payroll
CEU Stipend $600/year
$25 paid out on your bi-monthly payroll
Unpaid Time Off
1 hour per 20 hours worked. Credit system to offset clinical hours requirements.
8 Unpaid Holidays per year
With 5 hours of clinical credit toward your minimum hours requirement for each holiday.
Position Requirements
Credentials & Licensure
- Active candidate license in Colorado (LPCC, MFTC, or SWC)
- Pursuing full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
- Reside in Colorado
- Independently motivated and self-driven
- Minimum 18-month commitment
Technical Requirements
- Private, confidential space suitable for telehealth sessions
- Computer or laptop with a working camera and microphone for video sessions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Cell phone with ability to install SimplePractice and our phone system.
- Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology
