Program Description

Rocky Mountain Thrive PLLC ("Rocky Mountain Thrive") offers SMS text messaging for client communication related to appointment scheduling, session reminders, intake follow-ups, and general care coordination between clients and their licensed therapists. This is a customer care messaging program — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Rocky Mountain Thrive through the following methods:

  • Written consent during intake: Checking the SMS consent box on the new patient intake form
  • Verbal consent: Agreeing to SMS communication during your initial intake call with our office
  • Texting the practice: Sending a text message to our practice phone number at (720) 731-0895

No text messages will be sent to you until you have provided consent through one of these methods. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to receive SMS messages at the number provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule, active communication with your therapist, and care coordination needs. Typically you may receive 2-10 messages per month.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text STOP to (720) 731-0895. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent to your number.

You can opt back in at any time by replying START or YES to our number.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. Rocky Mountain Thrive is not responsible for any charges from your carrier. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed in all areas.

Your Mobile Information

Your mobile phone number and SMS content will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and message content are used solely to deliver the care communications you have consented to receive.
